As a photographer, I’ve captured images of many things, but capturing the true spirit and unique personalities of horses and the special bond that exists between horse and owner is inspiring.  Their incomparable beauty stirs my creativity and pulls me to spend more time focusing on these animals that I admire.

Portraying the character and likeness of these magnificent creatures requires the ability to read the look in the horse’s eye and communicate my respect along with the importance of their well being.  They have a quiet strength mixed with their desire to play, and to be able to capture that shows a small fraction of their grace and power.

Your heart and soul goes into caring for your horse.  Taking their portraits will bring a smile to your face remembering how they have touched your heart.  An owner’s bond with their horse completely connects them which captivates me in anticipation of what will happen next.
